I added 2 eggs to the sauce and still felt the sauce was lacking flavor. I suppose i am spoiled by my mother's recipe that is made with half & half & 3 eggs in the sauce. I will never make this again. Too much onion, tasted powdery, & ultimately not good. Some things were just not meant to be made light.
